We have a specially designed Professional Indemnity policy for photographers, agents and stills producers with Hiscox Insurance Co, a leading UK insurer.

The policy is designed to protect against any errors & omissions that may be made.

The main covers under the policy are:
A) Negligence or breach of duty or care.
B) Infringement of intellectual property rights including copyright, patent, trademark or moral rights or any act of passing-off
C) Defamation
D) Dishonesty of your individual partners, directors, employees or self-employed freelancers directly contracted to you and under your supervision
